How does this build look for gaming and rendering?

It's an ok build.

Minus points:
GPU: GTX 960 4GB is overpriced, you are paying 40-50 dollars more over the GTX 960 2GB with little to no gains in the majority of games at any resolution.
CASE: The problem with the Spec-02 is cable management, air flow and It's problems with poor dust filtering.
Power supply: EVGA B1 NEX FSP made, the equally priced B2 units made by Super Flower are much better. Or simply any EVGA GS or G2. All you need for system is about 400 watts, however a 550 watts would be recommended.

I want the 4gb GPU for rendering, if I was just gaming I would get 2gb. Can you give me a link to a better case? I'll rethink the PSU.

It is if I set Blender to render with the GPU. Otherwise it uses the CPU, then GPU doesn't matter. Rendering with graphics card is a bit faster, I think. If I had the money I would get two specialized cards. I don't however so I'm trying to strike a balance between rending and gaming.
