Will my i5 3350P Bottleneck an Nvidia Geforce GTX 970?

I have an i5 3350P Cpu, and was planning on upgrading to an Nvidia Geforce GTX 970;

But will my CPU bottleneck it? Also will this graphics card fit in my motherboard?;

no bottleneck , you will be fine, your ivy i5 is strong enough. i cannot see the exact gpu model you are using, just make sure you also have a decent 500-550w psu.

Yeah you can fit it on the mobo. The CPU is strong enough not to bottleneck the GPU (unless you run something extremely hardcore but I can't think of anything). Only question is indeed the PSU.

Thee gtx 970 has a lower power consumption than the R9 270x, so you will have no problem at all with the 970.

your current gpu actually consumes more power than gtx 970 so you will be fine. nvidia maxwell architecture is very power efficient! a decent psu must be present anyway!
