My screen stays black and BIOS wont load!!

This one is my first build.

And the problem is that my BIOS wont load.

I used a PSU calculator and placed all my specs and this one was the recomended PSU.
Specs:
GPU: GTX960 GIGABYTE WINDFORCE
PSU: EVGA 430W
RAM: HYPERX 8GB 1866 MHZ
MB: ASUS M5A97
CPU: AMD FX8320 BLACK EDITION
HDD: 1TB
1 EXTRA FAN

The two power cables to your video card -- one looks fine, the other seems odd as it should not have red (5V) wires unless you made some kind of custom connector and they are actually 12V and ground wires.

first you plug the cpu fan in a chassis fan header it goes to the middle connector and the other the first cable from the gpu it is not a gpu power cable get a similar to the other cable from psu to power gpu . check your motherboard manual.

you need 2 x 6 pins power cable from psu to gpu does the 1 cable is from a 2 x4 pins molex splitter for gpu so i suggest you get a new psu that could handle your gpu to avoid further issue .

No Deyoloco, as scout says you need 2 6 pin connectors, but one of the ones that you are trying to use is not the correct kind, which is likely why it is not working. I have never seen a 6 pin graphic card with red wires (those are 5V) and all the pins should be either 12V (yellow wires) or black (ground wires) on a proper 6 pin graphic power connector.
