Does an Intel HD Graphics (integrated GPU) wear out over time?

I have bought a new rig which consists of an i5 4440 CPU. The intel GPU is Intel HD Graphics 4600. Will it wear out over time??? I play light games with it. I also have a doubt that is that gpu a physical thing because I don't see any thing other than the CPU. So please help.

no it wont wear out.

The Intel GPU you're referring to is built into the CPU unit - that's why you don't see anything else. It won't wear out as jonathan1683 says

Wearing out is difficult to define. Most are built to last a significant amount of time.

They would definitely have higher failure rates. I have never had any cpu fail on me and never seen anyone complaining about a failed intel cpu either. Unless it was an over clock error.

it will wear out but it will be more than likely well over 20+ years. and by then other components in your system would've died.
