Before i start Here are my specs: Processor: Inter (R) Core(TM) i7-5500 CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.39GHz 8.00 GB (RAM) 64x Bit and i have windows 10
Anyways lets start with the problem i bought this laptop about 5 days ago and ever since it was having high cpu usage so i decided to upgrade to windows 10 that didnt solve the problem i dont know why it would. anyways i ran multiple virus scans including Panda anti virus full system scan malwarebyte 2 times and advance virus infection scan. Nothing came up to be wrong i dont understand why it is happening but every single time i open a program my cpu SPIKES to 50%-100% it normally is like right now 20%-30% but if i run a simple game like Gmod or minecraft it goes crazy especially on Gmod. the game lags like crazy it freezez when i open it and so on even when i open the task manager. the cpu goes up why? because of the task manager in itself i dont know why this is happening since this is a brand new computer so please help me out thanks
