Motherboard fans making noises. Which cable should be unplugged?

just follow the wire from the noisy fan and remove it.
then remove the fan, flip it over and lift the specs sticker. under it you should find a plastic cap.
remove it and put 1 drop of machine oil (not 3 in 1) in it. close the cap and refit the fan. plug it back in and see if its still making a noise. if so remove it and bin it.

if you cant figure out which is the noisy 1 by tracing the wire then just pull 1 of them if the noise is still there plug the lead back in and pull the other.

The thing is, there are two fans and I don't know which one is making the noise. It's hard to say. Also, there are two different cables that aren't actually coming from the fans but are related to fans I think. I've been checking pictures online since hardware is blocking my view now.

I had to ask this simple question because manual wasn't clear to me. "HP_PWR_PCH/HP_PWR (Chipset Heatsink Fan Header)
The power connector provides power to the fan on the Chipset heatsink."

I thought it actually provides power to the CPU cooler thing.
