My pc can't detect my graphics card, what do I do?

what cpu do you have? have you downloaded all the drivers?

what gpu is it, have you plugged the power lead in correctly?
did you set peg 1 mode in bios so the gpu is detected as a primary gfx device?.

try loading optomized defaults, this should force an update to the dmi hardware list. hopefully sorting the issue if nothing else is wrong.
