Graphics upgarde? gtx 660 to gtx 770 or 780?

hey,

I have a GTX 660 and I am thinking about upgrading to a GTX 770 2gb or gtx 780 6gb

Amd 8320e
Ga-78LMT-usb3 6.0
8gb ram
500GB evo 850 >> Win 10
1tb WD 5400RPM HDD
700w power
MSI GTX 660 OC 2gb

I found a used 770 for $140 and a used 780 for $245
EVGA GTX 780 6GB Superclocked $245
EVGA GTX 770 2GB $140

Would it be worth it to spend the extra $100 on the 780 or not?
I really want a GTX 970 but don't want to spend $320 right now.

Out of these three cards which one is the best price/performance ratio?

Lastly is this to good to be true: evga gtx 970 for $251? Do you know anything about "civilization Today"?

Looking at your choices I'd go with the 780 6GB. Just because so many games on the highest settings are pushing past 2 GB at 1080p. I've never heard of that site. But if I were you, I would hold off till I could afford a GTX 970.

If I were you I would get the new GTX 970. They perform slightly better than the GTX 780 and has lower power consumption. The GTX 970 would also be more optimised in games than the GTX 780. I think it is worth spending a little more for the 970.
