Better motherboard, in case you want a FX83xx and cheaper bundle.
Cheaper memory
Cheaper and much better PSU.
Better GPU.
That case does not need all those fans. Put the two LED 140s in the front as an intake and move the existing exhaust fan to the floor as an intake too, and the old front fan as exhaust on the back.
I'd much rather have this :
