With the new release of Fallout 4, I was hoping to be able to record and make a let's play from it. Unfortunately my GTX 570 is not up for the task. I am making this post because I am considering buying a new nvidia card, preferably 900 series. Now I'd like to be able to stream, record, and obviously play without issue. On the other hand, I don't have all the money in the world and would like a reasonable comparison between the 900 series cards. Any answer helps thanks.

My current build:
I5-3570k @ stock speed
Msi z77a G-43 mobo
8GB ddr3 ram
600w PSU

If your PSU is something better than a Corsair "CX," you could get a GTX970. Streaming and/or recording while playing taxes the CPU a lot though, so you may wish to overclock your CPU. 4.0GHz-4.2GHz should be attainable without too much trouble, but you may need a better cooler. You can probably find a good one from http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html so as not to waste money on the Hyper212 EVO; that one isn't a bad cooler, but is a bang/buck Loser compared to many of its competitors.
If you do need a graphics card upgrade, a GTX970 or R9 290 or R9 390 would be a nice step up.

if i was you i would probably get r9 390 with 8gb. its good for streaming and recording because it has 8gb of VRAM, but if you dont want AMD cards then get 970 its the opposite of r9 390
