For the next year at least until AMD gears up to release their Zen based products in late 2016. Don't expect any new CPUs for either socket, if you want an upgrade, you're stuck with whatever is currently out.

They are on life-support. They would have already been replaced if AMD had managed to keep up with a sensible development cycle.
They have a limited present, but no future. What is available now is it, except for possible emergency tweaks like the Kaveri-refresh A10-7870K.
