Hello, i had a problem with my pc a couple weeks ago. it tuned on but the screen was just black so i took it to a shop and they fixed the problem. but now my pc became jet engine loud all the time and it boots up very slowly, like 6 min. So i took it apart and noticed that it is the CPU fan that is making the noise. Then i checked my CPU temps with open hardware and it read 65c to 67c everytime. But on the bios it did not show my temps. and i do not know why it boots up very slowly. I even changed the thermal paste.
