Graphics card(s) for 5760x1080 3 monitor 1080p ultra 60+ fps 144hz monitors

Looking for best graphics card(s) option for gaming at 5760x1080 on 3x 1080p 144hz monitors on ultra settings. Looking for 60+ fps to take advantage of the refresh rate.

Would preferably like to go with AMD as I already have 3x 1080p 144 Hz freesync monitors

If you want to game at that resolution with 3 monitors, ultra settings, and you want 60+ fps, honestly no graphics card today can give you that. Even with the R9 295x or the new fury cards, 5760x1080 is a huge resolution considering you have those ultrawide monitors?
If you of said instead just 3 1920x1080 wide, then a R9 295x would give you 60fps. But not at that resolution at ultra settings.
