Windows will boot in Normal mode but the computer restarts every time I try boot in safemode.
I need to get into safe mode to try to run an installer that seems to do nothing IE the circle by the mouse spins and a process starts in task manager but a gui never opens, the developers thinks it could be a conflict and said to try to run it in safe mode. I do run an overclock but its stable
