CPU comparison for New Gaming desktop

After searching through all of amazon...
I landed on 2 desktops (gaming)

I need to choose between the AMD FX9590 and INTEL i7 6700

Which one should I choose because I am planning to use the desktop for 4-5 years.
And I need maximum performance with extreme reliability

The i7, the FX9xxx series should not even be a consideration, they are a disaster of a CPU. The i7 is much stronger, runs much much cooler, uses less than 1/2 the watts and isn't going to give you stability problems from overheating VRM's.

However build it yourself, you can build something better for the same money
