No display after installing new cpu

So I just got the AMD athlon II x4 860k and installed it into my A88xm Gaming motherboard and now I get no display or POST. What do I do?

What did you upgrade from?
Do you have a graphic card? Is the monitor plugged to the graphic card?

I upgraded from an a6-5400k and yes I have a graphics card it's the gtx 950. I had the monitor plugged into the graphics card
