i overclocked my cpu a little bit just to 4.5ghz @ 1195 voltage i didnt really od a long stress test but after 6 hours of zombies my game causes out of no were and i get a blue screen was on wave 37 then i lag for 3 secs then bam blue screen i did run prime 95 for 4 hours with out a cause but then some times when i run it for liek 30 mins it will crash so do i need to add more voltage or it is just the game ? have not had it crash on battlefield 4

blue screen error code
whea_uncorrectable error
pdc watchdog violation

any tips on how i can find out or read windows logs to see whats going on am losted :S

You need to raise the voltage of the CPU.. That is what is causing the crash.. Your overclock is not stable. Sometimes a cpu will be prime stable for 12+ hours and yet crash under other workloads. So either lower your clock speed or raise the cpu core voltage if your temps are under control which they should be because 1.195V is pretty low..

It sounds like the overclock may not be stable or at least not stable enough under load while playing certain games. An easy way to tell if it's the overclock is to set the cpu back to stock/default settings in the bios and try running the game again. If it plays through fine then your overclock wasn't stable. If it's unstable it may require adding a bit more vcore, maybe try 1.22v and re-test. It's a good idea to use other stress tests along with p95, one test on its own doesn't always verify a solid overclock.

Maybe try ibt (intel burn test) or asus rog realbench as well. It's very possible to run p95 for hours without issue, load up ibt or rog realbench and crash in minutes. It's also possible the other way around. Are all video drivers up to date and updates/patches for the games installed? If it still crashes using default settings and patches/updates are current it may be worth looking into it as far as seeing if others are having similar issues. Updates are supposed to fix bugs and problems but sometimes they create new ones. A 'bad' game update may make the game more unstable in areas and be in need of either reverting back to a previous version or waiting for yet another update/patch.

So 2hqt should i set it too

What works at 4.4Ghz does not always work at 4.5Ghz. It is how overclocking works.. As me and others have said you should raise the voltage and test again at 4.5Ghz or go back to 4.4Ghz and double check your stability with multiply stress test programs and workload (games, rendering, any high load app really).

@ 4.4ghz it worked at 1190
@4.5ghz i tired 1195 and now going to try 1197 and if dose nto work 1200
