[SOLVED] Computer Sleep settings not available

I have researched and Googled this question but there is no documented solution for El Capitan. For previous versions of mac the Energy Saver shows 2 slider bars to control the display sleep and computer sleep separately but for El Capitan it only shows the slider for display sleep.

Is there something wrong with my mac or is it a problem with El Capitan? If it is El Capitan, how do I change the settings for computer sleep?

I dont want to control power nap, I want the laptop to remain on but screen off.

I want to set display off time to 1min and sleep time to 5min but now i can only control display off time. How do I control sleep time?
