Hey all......
So I have x99 setup....I have ssd an hssd...with an oem windows 10 pro legit installation on the ssd an the shhd for storage...
.........my question is.....if i buy a new m.2 gen3 ssd....and solely use that... (get rid of my ssd an hssd)....can I use my oem win10 disc an activation liceanse key again for a fresh install on the m.2 gen3 ssd in the same machine?.....or is it likely I will have to purchase a new licence?
Thanks in advance Arron!

Yes he can windows 10 digital entitlements tie to your main board and cpu not your hard drive . Unless ya had a OEM copy of Windows . And the m.2 x4 drives that releasing are all nvme far as I know and ya want to do a full uefi boot or force your bios to boot storage in uefi mode nvme ssd s only support uefi gpt partion for windows instilations heads up some bios also have setting for the m.2 slot it self like enabling nvme mode or changing the speed like x8 or pci express mode so may have to fiddle with those.
