So i have an ASRock G41C-GS with a 1.1 PCIe bus. I currently have a Geforce GTX 280 and want to upgrade to any 3.0 graphics card(Probably a GTX 950). Will it work and the mobo has got a Dx10 logo thing on it,does that mean it only supports dx10? sorry for bad english

Solution
The card will work, however, since the chipset on that board only supports PCIe 1.1, it will not perform very well at all.
Your DX level supported is determined by the graphics card that you use. Specifically, the on-board graphics is limited to DX10 levels, but slotting in a DX11 card will cause you to have DX11 graphics support.
Time to upgrade, I'm afraid :)

Solution
The software will use which ever DX level the graphics hardware supports automatically. So far as I know, there is no way to change that behaviour.
A 950 should give you enough performance for you to try and up the details settings at that resolution somewhat.
