stutter/fps drop on Black Ops 3

I just got bo3 the other day, but im getting some werid drop in frames/stutter when i enter another zone in zombies. ( it goes away once the portion of the map has loaded for the most part, but it comes back once i leave that area and come back to it.) Multiplayer is perfect 60 fps 1080p all the time.Also when i use the box on zombies my fps goes down to 5??? I have a g3258 4.4 ghz + r7 260x, 8gb ram. Is this a problem on my side or the games? thx.

The game is poorly ported wait till there are updates for the game .. I even have issues running it at times with a 4690k and a R290 and 16 gigs of ram.. At first I could play hours save and exit come back later to find I had to start all over again it wouldn't save my game so yes we are the Human testers for another poorly ported POS ....
