I recently installed a Gigabyte 990FXA-UM3 mobo with a AMD FX-8350 8-core 4.0 GHZ with 2 sticks of 4 GB ripjaws g.skillz and an MSI 970 Gaming 4GB GPU, everything powers on, MOBO, GPU, all the fans power on, and my CPU fan also turns on, but I don't know how to tell if my CPU is running? IT all powers on but will never boot up?
