Black Screen and Turns off after a few seconds

Hi, I just built a pc a few hours ago and hwhen I input everything in, the screen does not display but puts a message saying "no source signal", i removed all ram and my gpu and tried inputting it in one by one and it has still gotten me nowhere. When I start my PC, after a few seconds, it will shut down and restart, then the display gives me the message again. Can anyone please tell me if I have done anything wrong

Make sure the GPU is installed properly. If you can find a vga cable try and get input via onboard. Did put a lot of thermal paste? any leds on the motherboard that are red. Could be a bad psu or even mobo. Just double check all the connections on the psu to mobo. lmk how it goes

I did everything in the post a while ago, I also reset the bios battery and it happened 10 minutes ago but then when I turned it off and on again, it would just go black screen
