What can give me more fps in csgo

i have these parts:
cpu:intel i5 3350p
gpu:asus gtx 750ti
ram:8gb single channel ddr3 799mhz
motherboard:ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. CM6731_CM6431_CM6331 LGA1155
Storage:931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 ATA Device (SATA)

when i play 5v5(mm) i have around 250-400 fps but when i play ffa(20 players) what parts should i upgrade to improve that

i googled a little bit and people say cs go is cpu based so would that be a thing to upgrade the cpu instead

You already have an i5 and in the image above the difference between a i3 and i5 is very small. Intel has very powerful cores so they don;t benefit as much as weaker CPUs do.

For your setup you would benefit more from a newer, faster GPU. For example if you went to a GTX 960 you would probably see a 50% better performance than the GTX 750Ti you have:
