What is difference in Powercolor Radeon R7 250X 1GB and Sapphire with the same GPU?

Solution

Yes, at 1366x768 resolution, VRAM speed is more important than the amount of VRAM imo. Neither of those...

I can not understand what actually you wanna say ?
Please Reply with full details and comparison between them , because I am going to buy this card !

Should i get an AMD Radeon R7 250x 1GB GDDR5 (powercolor) or get a Sapphire Radeon R7 250 2GB ddr3 ,,
I am confused because someone says go for more VRAM , someone says go for ddr5 ,,
my resolution is 1366x768 and i am not planning to upgrade it , i want to play games with 2xAA and 60FPS (even on low and very low )

Those are two different GPUs. The 250x is different than a 250. I would go with the 1GB of DDR5 over the 2GB of DDR3, lower resolutions and lower settings don't require as much VRAM. If the prices are the same, the 250x is a significantly better GPU than the 250.

Yes, at 1366x768 resolution, VRAM speed is more important than the amount of VRAM imo. Neither of those cards will be at a major disadvantage with only a single Gigabyte of VRAM @ 720p. But there is a big difference in speed with DDR5 over DDR3. Add to that the fact that the 250X uses a faster GPU than the 250.
