Intel Xeon E5 2440 @ 2.40GHz
This CPU only shows 7% usage in task manager, even when running prime95. This CPU recently had hyperthreading disabled to try to fix this but it did not fix it..
power options are set to high performance and maximim processor state is set to 100%.
not too sure what to look at next.
turbo mode is enabled as well.
please help
