I need your help, again.
I use CPUZ, CPUID HWMonitor and Speecy to control my computer and I noticed that all indicate that my I3 4160 core clocks, are always at 800MHz and BUS Speed is always at 100.00 MHz ( 100% with little variations ). Is this normal? The values should not vary as there are more or less working processes? I stress the CPU, but the values are always at 800 MHz and with an Utilization of 100%, according to HWmonitor! Is it a problem with the processor or the board? Incorrect configuration settings on the board? As I mentioned in another thread, the board works always at 53°C. I would appreciate your help.

VID - min. 0.811v, max. 0.816v (CPU stressing)
(All other values are always at 0.00V)

Package - min. 3.00w, max 7.24w ( fluctuates between 4.01w and 5.57w )
IA Colors - min. 0.01w, max 1.97w ( fluctuates between between 0.23w and 0.81w )
GT - min. 0.00w, max 1.37w ( fluctuates between 0.01w and 0.06w )
Uncore - min. 2.18 w, max 4.83w ( fluctuates between 3.34w and 3.80w )
DRAM - min. 0.87w, max. 2.17w ( fluctuates between 0.92w and 1.43w )
