G.Skill Ripjaws V vs Crucial Ballistix Sport

Solution
I'd go the Ripjaws V, your link doesn't work, but they come in 2400/15 where the Crucial are 2400/16. The RJ V sticks also have some OC headroom in addition to the already better CL ;)

I was trying to make the same decision. Then I found another even cheaper kit. What do you think of this compared to the other two?
Team Dark 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400
I think the specs seem better (maybe, I don't know much about RAM), but it looks kinda like a cheap off-brand version that may not be as high quality. This version isn't even in PC part picker. I haven't heard of Team Group manufacturer before (haven't seen it in anybody else's builds and I have been browsing a lot of them trying to decide what to get for my first build. Team Group doesn't have many reviews on the few products that actually have reviews.)
planing on using the i3 skylake with MSI B150 board.

oh, I found it on their website http://www.teamgroupinc.com/en/product_detail.php?objid=1CQasPP8yuNczF9V9qzWityLTLfqZHSP

Wow, fast reply! Thanks!
Since you seem to approve of Team Group, I am guessing they aren't a knockoff brand. It looks like Team Group is just a small company that makes good quality stuff but isn't as flashy as other larger manufacturers? since I am doing a budget build I think I'll go with Team Dark since it is actually cheaper than the other two. Also, I edited my first comment and added some more info.
