Planning on making a gaming pc. Will this be a good combination of pc parts?

Will this be a good combination of pc parts?:

MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4GB
Intel Core i7-6700 Skylake
MSI Z170A GAMING
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz 8GB
Corsair RM750, 750W PSU
Intel TS15A CPU Air Cooler
Fractal Design Define R5 Black

the setup is good. but i don't recommend MSI. I had some problems with it in the past..
I'd rather choose an Asus Strix GTX 970 or a Gigabyte GTX 970
And for the motherboard as well an Asus or a Gigabyte..
I have a Gigabyte G1.Sniper B7 - 1.0 or a Zxxx is also good.

I don't want to say that MSI sucks but it's just my opinion..
