Just want to ask one question. Is DDR3 1600 RAM work at 100MHz clock.?

As part of my graduate studies, i am creating a DDR3 test circuit and would like to know what is the minimum clock frequency DDR3 1600 RAM works.?

DDR3 1600 runs at a true freq of 800 MHz - it's referred to as 1600 since it is DDR (DOUBLE data rate) so you take the true freq of 800 x 2 = effective data rate of 1600

I don't think that I understand your question. Instead of me babbling on about something that I don't have that great of an understanding of, I think that this site might be able to clarify a few things for you. It was one of the first that came up on Google (that seemed reliable).
