Best gaming builds for these budgets!

I have a serious challenge for the community. The best 800, 700 & 650(including shipping and tax on all) gaming builds you can manage. The purpose is gaming, but extra points if you can fit an SSD into all or any of them. Also, I believe windows 10 is preferred. No peripherals needed, but obviously OS. Also an optical drive is mandatory.

Ideas?

It's a possible build I'd be doing for my cousin. We're not sure on the hard budget yet, hence the multiple price points. I could go browse partpicker myself, but I know I wouldn't find the best overall possible build combo for those price points, like more knowledgeable members here. I know lots of people here really enjoy putting together builds, so I thought I'd ask. Wasn't expecting people to ask for justification lol
