OS windows 10 64bit
Ram 8gb, 2x4gb 1337mhz
Psu Corsair RM 850
Mobo msi z77a-g45

Of course not. The i7-3770 is a great CPU that trades blows with the most recent offerings from Intel. With that much GPU power, you'll have a plenty of power to tackle all the AAA games available at 1080p, high to ultra settings @ 60hz for some time to come. Looks like your PSU is up to the task as well so that's a plus.
