I want something that will laugh on witcher 3 or batman arkham knight on max settings. Which website most likely have the best ? I know websites like steam will have amazing deals but I'm looking to buy much more then games. If anyone could point me in the right direction that'd be great. Links etc would help a lot.

It's impossible to know what they have until they have it.
But with $1000-$3000 there's no reason to wait, as you won't really benefit much.
B:AK is a still a piece of garbage game so it won't run well no matter what.

The above is top of the line, but can be considered a bit wasteful, you won't really make use of the an i7 while gaming.
The below is more conservative while still providing a maximum gaming experience.

Thank you, i'm always looking for suggestions. I believe I should keep it around 2000, is that okay?

Also, I haven't assembled a comp in a while, are there some guides for building these or other recommended PC?

Building your own computer is easy. Building it takes 2-3 hours, and installing windows takes about 30mins to 45mins, and after that downloading and installing drivers takes another 30-45 mins. After all that, have it download windows updates at night, it may take a 2-4 passes to get them all.

Installing Windows:

Protip for installing drivers safely, install them one at a time and restart the computer after each install to avoid breaking the OS, which can happen if you try to install them all at once.
