It'll work, for now. No guarantee on for how long. You have good, somewhat expensive parts and you slap it with a cheaper, barely adequate psu at the bottom of minimum requirements. That psu is an old design with lousy efficiency and cheap components. Doesn't matter if you say you won't OC, if you do chances are that psu will fail. Maybe not right away, but it won't take long.
