Antec's VP Series uses CWT, Delta Electronics and FSP as the OEM depending upon the specific model.

The Antec VP450P is made by FSP. It uses cheap CapXon electrolytic capacitors throughout its construction. Ripple on the +12V rails is very close to the maximum allowed by the ATX12V specs. It has loose voltage regulation. Its group regulated circuit design means that it's not Intel Haswell compatible when tested according to Intel's testing methodology.

Thanks nayrnayr1 and chayan4400 but,
The problem is the earthwatts are not avaiable in India as chayan4400 said and theitdepot don't have support for my card. So I was thinking about corsair vs450.
Can't I get any semi modular 350w psu under 3000rs?—_—

Order the Earthwatts from the US to India.

Order the Earthwatts from the US to India.

Don't even think about it. Taxes on computer parts in India is very high, not to mention the high shipping cost you'll have to pay, which could very well be more than the price of the PSU itself, and the time you'll have to wait to get it.

So I was thinking about corsair vs450.

Corsair's VS series is not very good in terms of quality, indeed it isn't recommended for high power gaming rigs. Since you have a 750 Ti, it'll do the job, but I don't recommend it because there are better PSUs available for the same price.

Semi-modular isn't possible at this price-point unfortunately. You'd need to spend ~Rs. 5,000 for that.

Since you can't buy from TheITDepot, get this: http://www.snapdeal.com/product/antec-vp450p-smps/1251897

Decent PSU, although not the best, but will power your build no problem.

Ok First things first please tell me how do you even quote someone on this forum?—_—"
Thank you chayan I didn't even gave it a thought(getting parts imported to India) cause I did a bit of research on Newegg a few days ago, I saw a zotac 750ti around 6500rs and when they added the taxes and shipping charges it would have cost me around 12500rs ha ha ha I mean if would be living in US i would have done a dual 750ti sli at that price.

What do you think about deep cool dn400 would it be good?because it has a blue led fan 120 cm.

One more thing
My mobo has only 2 case fan headers (msi b85 g41) but my case has 3 120cm led fans (circle cc 821) i was thinking of using a fan splitter cable will it be OK?

To quote to a post, hit the "reply to (Insert username here.)" at the bottom of the post. To quote one specific part of the post, copy the part you want to quote, click the "Post an answer" icon and finally click the icon that looks like a person with a speech bubble (Not the greyed out looking one.). Paste the text you copied in between the two brackets that say "[/quote]" and you are good to go :).

Yes, a fan splitter is fine, fans draw very little electricity.

The quote function only works on computers unfortunately :(.

I'd go with the Antec VP series - It is a Tier Three PSU on Tom's Hardware's PSU Tier List, which means it is good enough to run a 750 Ti and i5 off of.

The Deepcool is a bit unknown, and has no proper reviews, so I can't say for sure if it is good or not. It's made by Channel Well Technology, who have made some very good units like Corsair's RMi and AX series, as well as some spectacularly bad ones like Corsair's CX and VS series, so I wouldn't trust them to make a good quality budget PSU. The VP series is made by Delta Electronics, who haven't made anything worse than average PSUs so that is an indication in itself that the VP series is probably higher quality.
