Fallout 4 on Pentium g3258 stock with r9 270x.

I have a Pentium G3258, but its overclocked to 4.5 Ghz. I've just started Fallout 4 (just a couple hours in) and haven't reached any large communities like downtown Boston yet (so I don't know how bad it will be with a bunch of NPCs running around). With a GTX 970 @ 1920x1200 I'm getting 55-60 FPS on the Ultra preset. From what I've read it will probably drop into the 30s in a couple of spots like Boston and Lexington.
