Occured after several BSOD playing Fallout 4. On boot up, it attempts to check disks and gives me "autochk cannot run due to a recently installed software package", and the error is "766F6C756D652E63 3F1", after which I'm met with a black screen and only the cursor. I suspect this is something to do with my AMDA00 interface driver, at least that's what it said before I uninstalled it in safe mode, for better or worse. Now in device manager it tells me there is an Unknown Other device, "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver." Update Driver doesn't work. I've performed a disk clean up, cleaned my registry, checked for malware and updated all of my other drivers also.

I don't have 2 931GB HDs, that is a typo. I haven't had an AMD Radeon graphics card. My boot SSD has 10gb and Chkdsk for C: in safe mode gives me this:

Edit 2: Reinstalling NVIDIA drivers and running sfc /scannow did not help, did not find any integrity violations.

do you have 2 x 931GB ST31000524 HDD ?
or is this some sort of corruption ?

Did you previously have a AMD Radeon graphics card ?
(cant see any need for AMD driver)

can you start in safe mode and setup chkdsk to run on C: and scan other drive letters

ELBY CLONEDRIVE is some type of software device driver
If not used so see if it can be uninstalled while in safe mode

how much free space on boot SSD ?
59GB is not much to start with if a HDD is almost full strange things may occur

you need to re download the NVidia driver from there website and reinstall the driver
if you are not comfortable with doing the process you can download slim drivers to do this for you.

after the driver is reinstalled you should do check disk and sfc scan to check the system files are ok.

you can do this by opening up command prompt with administrator and typing in the following command.

sfc /scannow

C: is corrupted and needs chkdsk running on it
You have to schedule it to run before windows starts up in graphic mode
You were asked if you wanted to schedule it

If it too corrupted to repair this way you may need to boot from a windows 7 or 7 sp1 dvd or usb and have windows recovery run chkdsk for you.

You mentioned amda00. Driver and i guessed it may have come from a previous graphics card driver

If you can start in safe mode uninstall nvidia driver , reboot before re installing new driver
