Planning to upgrade GPU and PSU but not sure about compatibility

Hello

I'm an inexperienced pc builder so I've decided to ask people smarter than me before I do something stupid. I have a three-year-old computer ASUS CM6870 LGA1155 which I'm planning to upgrade by getting a GTX 950 (link to the Finnish website sellling it), and Corsair VS450 80 PLUS White - ATX (link) but I'm not sure if it is compatible with the rest of the hardware:

  • CPU: Intel Core i7 3770
Current GPU: 3071Mt NVIDIA GeForce GT 640
    Current PSU: HBA005 ZA1GT 350W
    Hard drive: 931GB Seagate ST31000524AS
CD drive: ATAPI DVD A DH24ABS ATA Device
If they aren't compatible, what other components should I consider? Are there other things I should know? Should I chuck the other card into trash bin once I've made sure the new one works, or is there a reasonable way to make the computer use both of them simultaneously? Should I grab a RAM module or two while I'm at it (Currently has 8 Gb)?

Thanks for help in advance!

Thanks a lot for answers!

I will buy the PSU DonkeyOatie suggested and get the GPU from Amazon instead from Verkkokauppa like Forever Oleg suggested.

Thanks again, you saved me from a lot of headache!

UPDATE: Apparently buying from Amazon will be as expensive as buying from Verkkokauppa (due import fees) so I will buy it from Verkkokauppa instead to get both components the same time. Thanks for suggestion Forever Oleg, but the price disrepetancy was justified.

Where do you live? Country?

Thanks for suggestions, but I'll get it from Verkkokauppa as I'd prefer to get them from place I'm familiar with.
Again, thanks for your time, but this will work for me.
