Are xfx graphics cards still good?

XFX gpus are still pretty decent for your money. But for 180 quid I would get the MSI version of the R9 380.

The reason i am going for the xfx version of that card is the price i cannot afford anymore on it so if it wasn't good quality i would go for the 2gb gtx 960

The MSI Version is cheaper though, also the GTX 960 is more or less equal to the 960.
