I have an i5 3470 on a Gigabyte B75M 3DV mobo and I simply cannot get my AMD R9 380 to work with it; the computer won't even boot with it. My HD 7870 works fine though. I'm not sure which component is to blame, but I'm giving up on trying to get them to play nicely together. The R9 380 has given me other problems in the past and the mobo has been fine up to now, so I think the R9 380 is the problem. (I had to buy an NVidia GTX 960 to play Fallout 4 because the R9 380 kept acting up.) Your best bet may be to try another video card.
