I'm planning on building a computer soon with the help of a friend! but I have very little knowledge of the parts that are best or recommended. I want to be able to play things like GTAV , Dead Rising 3,and Overwatch. I am ok with having game settings on medium or low, as long as the game runs smooth without any problems! The only problem is that i currently have a low budget, I would prefer to have it all around 600-700 USD not including monitor, but if I need to go higher for a quality computer I will just need to save more money over time, it is not that much of a problem.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you for reading this.

You should try pcpartpicker.com
It will compare prices and calculate most possible problems with your build
As for starters, will you be using AMD or Intel? AMD costs less, but Intel has more features, runs cooler, and is more efficient.

It is hard for me to use that website because I don't really know what i should be wanting. I don't know anything about what parts are required for the games I'd like to play. I would appreciate a bit more guidance and suggestions. What is the price difference between AMD and Intel? I assume Intel would be recommended/preferred because of the benefits.
