Cryorig R1 or Noctua NH-D15?

I'd rather have the 5 dbA than the 1C .... the 1C, doesn't have much of an impact, the 5 dbA, you'll be reminded of that every day.

I currently use the Cryorig H5A because of all your Cryorig suggestions, kind of sculpted me into a fanboy. Am I able to move a fan up for extra RAM clearance?

Since I already own the H5A; should I just go with the normal one and if ram is an issue, replace with the H5A's universal 140mm fan?
