I've noticed my GPU (AMD Radeon R9 270) is constantly running at it's max memory clock (5600 MHz), even when I am doing nothing. Is this normal?
I have been having 5minute + load times trying to play fallout 4 and Skyrim, and was wondering if it could be so slow because my GPU is not actually loading anything?
Edit: In a different thread it seems like I'm seeing this specifically from using GPU tweak.
