So, I am building a gaming PC, and someone recommended the Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 motherboard for me. The only problem I have is that people are reporting having problems with it, like the bios clock and stuff. I was wondering if it is still worth getting.

Hello pythonix,

It is one of the best overclocking boards available in the LGA 1150 socket range. If you're planning on OC'ing it is a great choice and very much worth getting. Most of the issues I've seen on overclocking forums for the HERO's BIOS have been solved either by flashing to the newest version or re-seating their CMOS battery, easy fixes.
