CPU fan suddenly gets loud for 5 seconds then quiet

So It's pretty much as the title says. Sometimes when I'm either gaming or not the CPU fan (and I'm pretty sure it is the cpu fan and not the gpu) gets extremely loud for a few seconds then goes back to the normal speed. I don't know what this is please help its really annoying

Spec:

AMD FX6350
Nvidia gtx 970
8GB ram
Win10

Probably just something where the CPU needs a boost of power and gets hot and motherboard turns up the fan speed for a sec.

Look into motherboard fan controls for your cpu, see what options you have.

Doesnt matter I fixed this by switching my cpu fan control software from EasyTune6 to SpeedFan

I unscrewed the bolts and put them again and it became less loud but it still does that but less
