How much watts does a HD 7950 need?

Hello everyone, I currently trying to upgrade a pre built pc. Here are my specs:
Cpu:Intel core 2 duo.
Ram: 4gb ddr2.
Gpu: (Currently gonna upgrade to a HD 7950)
Storage:500gb.
Psu: 475w at the moment.

Could you guys please tell me if I need a new Psu, and if so, kindly tell the WHOLE NAME or a link to it plz.

Does any of these links apply for the powercolor HD 7950? (sorry I'm not that good in pc tech and plus the link you gave me says a Amd or Radeon 7950 gpu.)

they all use the amd radeon hd 7950 chip so does not matter who makes the card.

you'll have to check amazon yourself as I don't use them as I get mine when needed for a customer at my local computer store.
