Best budget CPU paired with a R7 260x?

Hi, I'm looking to get a new CPU for my R7 260x I got 2 months ago. I also need to get a new mobo and I was recommended the H97 a lot, so that is probably going to be my choice as I'm looking a for a cpu around the level of i3-4160, which was also recommended a lot. I dont think I can afford a good i5 sadly.

i3 4170 is a good choice here in my opinion, good performance for the price.

No, the you will not be able to tell the difference.

EDIT: I just usually say the 4170 because price wise it's usually the same or 5$ more.
