Yes those are normal running temps, especially if its a laptop/notepad. the TJ max for that processor is 105C, that is the danger temp, you are 100% fine, only reason to worry would be is if you see it go over 80, then you have an issue.

The max it has ever gotten to is about 85 I think, but that was when I was playing video games, even though it only spikes up. When I'm playing video games it's stable at 60-70, if it does go up to 80 it doesn't stay there it's only a very quick spike up to 80-85 then back to 60-70. I appreciate the answer.

If it bothers you, you can even take it upon yourself to open up your laptop and apply thermal paste of your own, and during this clean out the fans and everything, make sure they are working properly, you can even buy another much more powerful one that will keep it much cooler if you insist.
