You have dual rails for a total of 48 AMPS on the 12V, the card only needs 25 Amps, Yes you can handle it to answer your question simply.
BUTTT I HIGHLY recommend getting a new psu, one with got amps on the 12v rails, preferably one that is on the Teir list, that way you know your house wont burndown in the middle of killing dragons. PSU's lke that are very dangerous, could surge, spark, smoke, melt, catch fire, and damage internal PC components.
Your card only needs 25 amps, it has a total power draw of 60W

You wont destroy your comp, you will be able to play fine and it will be good. only time you need to worry is when your maxing your PSU to its limits, thats when they tend to fry, and im pretty sure your PSU that you listed has circuit and surge protection incase anything was to happen your PC would be fine.
