Upgrade Radeon hd 6450 :C

i wanted to play some games but i just realized that my GPU is not enough to play 30 fps + pls help me and this is my computer spec:
-CPU :Intel core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40 GHz
-GPU :Radeon HD 6450 v3 Asus Low Profile Silent 2GB Edition
-Motherboard : TPower I45
Can i upgrade my GPU to AMD Radeon HD 7750??? Do i have to change anything?? (Sorry for my bad English, it isnt my native language

)

Yes you can get a 7750. I recommend a GTX750 or 750ti if you can get one.

No you don't have to change your motherboard. Always remember to measure to make sure the video card will physically fit inside your case. I like Asus cards, but you should get the cheapest one that fits.
